Role Overview:
We are looking for a Program Manager / Technical Support Program Manager to manage application support operations, coordinate offshore and client teams, drive incident resolution, and provide hands-on technical troubleshooting across frontend, backend, database, APIs, and AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate onsite, offshore, and client support teams .
• Monitor, track, prioritize, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Lead incident triage, escalation, RCA, and resolution activities.
• Communicate incident status and resolution updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot ReactJS/JavaScript frontend and Node.js backend issues.
• Analyze application logs, traces, API failures, and performance issues.
• Troubleshoot PostgreSQL/database queries and joins .
• Monitor RabbitMQ queues and resolve related issues.
• Use AWS services such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, X-Ray, EC2, S3, and Lambda for troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement through SOPs, KBAs, automation, monitoring, and alerting improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Program Manager + strong hands-on technical/application support background , particularly someone who can manage teams and clients while also troubleshooting ReactJS + NodeJS + AWS + PostgreSQL + REST APIs + Microservices .
