Sr. Program Manager

Financial Controls - assuring programs are performed within specific program award budgets

Responsible to lead a team of program managers

Schedule controls - that assure on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements

Contractual submittals - that assure timely production of documents, reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements

Customer relations – develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers

Other important elements for success are a clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, quality assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing procedures

A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required

A minimum of 8+ years of experience managing complex programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques are a must

BSME (or equivalent engineering degree) preferred – Advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related aerospace experience preferable but not required

All candidates must meet the US persons criteria

Salary range: $140-$175K/yr.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
