As a Manufacturing Production Worker at our Altoona, PA facility, you'll play an important role in producing quality products while working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, willing to learn, enjoys hands‑on work, and takes pride in getting the job done right. Learn and perform a variety of production tasks, including operating equipment, handling materials, and supporting daily production needs. Run equipment safely and efficiently while following established work instructions and procedures. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe through daily housekeeping and 5S practices. Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures to help maintain a safe workplace for yourself and your teammates. Monitor equipment and production processes, reporting any issues, defects, or safety concerns to your supervisor. Work as part of a team to meet production, quality, and efficiency goals. Be willing to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities as business needs change. This is a hands-on role where you'll be actively involved in keeping production moving, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and productive work environment. Who are You? High school diploma or GED required. Willing and able to work any shift, including days, afternoons, and overnight schedules. Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds occasionally. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and twisting throughout an 8-hour shift. Able to operate a forklift or willing to become forklift certified. Dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
