Urology Gynecology Sales Representative- Grand Rapids, MI
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative to drive growth in these specialties across the Grand Rapids, Michigan region. The role involves training surgeons, building strategic accounts, and leveraging company resources to expand da Vinci adoption in targeted markets.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate urology and gynecology growth rates in assigned markets
- Train new and existing surgeons on da Vinci procedures and total practice adoption
- Establish regional case observation sites and epicenters
- Build clinical and economic value datasets demonstrating da Vinci benefits
- Serve as market intelligence liaison between field and marketing/training teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours
- Proven clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility quickly
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and influence peers
- Strong communication skills across diverse organizational functions
