Policy & Process Improvement
Recommend policy and procedural changes to senior leadership.
Develop and maintain strong processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of paralegal experience.
At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing paralegals.
Proven success in a professional services environment with client interface preferred.
Skills & Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
Professional, even-tempered, and solutions-oriented approach.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle changing priorities under pressure.
Familiarity with legal team workflows and law firm operations.
Understanding of law firm accounting and finance principles.
Proficiency in legal technology, word processing, and workflow systems (e.g., iManage).
Ability to travel to assigned offices as needed.
