As a Retiree Accounting Clerk on our Accounting & Eligibility team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring retirees receive accurate and timely benefits information. You’ll be responsible for: Reviewing retiree applications, determining eligibility, and establishing new retiree accounts in accordance with applicable Trust requirements and eligibility provisions Maintaining retiree accounts by processing monthly updates, adjustments, balances, terminations, refunds, and other account changes Reviewing reports and account information to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies Maintaining accurate retiree data and preparing spreadsheets and reports Responding to retiree questions regarding eligibility, benefits, billing, and account information Whoyou are... Experienced: Two years' experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or other related experience Organized: Prioritize work,able to multitask and be timely with work Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills--both written and verbal Service Minded: Deliver superior and timely customer service, exhibiting empathy and care Detailed: Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Technically Savvy: Intermediate experience with Excel and Word Who we are...
