The Department of Urology at the University of Miami Miller School Of Medicine is seeking applicants for a Clinical Urologist (Staff Physician) for our DSMC, Lennar, and new SoLeMia location.

Essential Job Functions:

\n
• Primarily in an outpatient clinic environment
\n
• May include responsibility for coverage of some outpatient procedures in an ambulatory setting
\n
• Perform clinical activity through the University of Miami Clinical Group (UMMG) clinical practice plan including surgical activity at University of Miami Hospital and Clinics and/or other affiliated hospitals
\n
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system is preferred
\n
• Effective communication, sound customer service skills and prompt responsiveness are essential in this role
\n
• Compassion, teamwork, adaptability, and high levels of professionalism are required
\n

Desired Job Qualifications:

\n

\n
• MD /DO from an accredited medical school or foreign equivalent
\n
• Urology Residency
\n
• Licensed or eligible to obtain a Florida license
\n
• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Urology
\n
