We are currently partnering with a school district in Washington to fill a maternity leave Speech-Language Pathologist position supporting preschool students from September through December. This is a full-time, 5 days per week on-site role with a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students.

In this position, you will provide school-based speech-language services within a collaborative educational team, supporting young learners in developing essential communication skills during this temporary assignment.

Job Overview:

• Support a caseload of approximately 45 students.
  


• Deliver services as part of a full-time, 5-day-per-week schedule.



• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff.



• Provide speech-language services to preschool students in a school-based setting.



• Maintain documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with IEP requirements.

Requirements

1. ESA certification or eligibility required.
   


2. School-based experience is preferred.



3. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.



4. Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain.
