Service Advisor – Clark Knapp Honda | Pharr, TX
Are you passionate about people and cars? Clark Knapp Honda is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our award-winning team in Pharr, TX.
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our valued customers and our expert technicians—ensuring each guest receives top-tier service and care. What You’ll Do:Greet and consult customers on their vehicle service needs.
Recommend maintenance and repair services with clarity and honesty.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
Communicate status updates with customers throughout the service process.
Deliver a first-class customer experience that reflects the Clark Knapp Honda standard.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in an automotive service role preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A drive to exceed customer expectations and grow professionally.
