License/Certs: Valid medical license to practice in Colorado, Board Eligible/Certified in Hematology/Oncology

Experience: Relevant outpatient and outreach care experience preferred

Salary Range: $489,000 - $543,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Join an established practice of 12 physicians and 8 APPs, supporting high-quality, patient-centered care
• Deliver outreach services approximately six days per month to rural clinics in Lamar and Trinidad, supporting underserved populations
• Use EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical growth opportunities
• Share in limited call responsibilities within the group
• Contribute to a supportive, physician-led environment focused on innovation and collaboration

What You Need

Required:

• Valid medical license in Colorado
• Board Eligible or Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Commitment to rural medicine and outreach-based care
• Willingness to travel approximately 6 days per month to rural clinics

Preferred:

• Experience in outpatient hematology/oncology practice
• Interest in academic or quality improvement initiatives
