Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We're looking for someone who can handle high call volume, stay sharp under pressure, and consistently turn conversations into booked appointments.
This is not a "figure it out yourself" role.
You'll follow a proven system, get real coaching, and know exactly how you're performing every day.
What you'll do:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Identify customer needs
- Set qualified appointments with decision-makers
- Track activity and follow a structured process

Our agents earn an average $20-$22 per hour, with top performers routinely earning 24/hr+
