Lighting Specialist

Job duties include working with contractors, general contractors, architects, and custom homeowners to design lighting layouts and provide products. Commercial, municipal, and some high-end residential lighting jobs will be the point of focus. Familiarity with submittal processes, excellent communication with customers, deadline and progress efficiency, and an entrepreneurial-like mindset are required.

Reports to: Profit Center Manager

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior lighting manager and contract sales experience

Working Conditions:

This job will include office and construction job walks. Conditions vary based on the job and may include offices and construction sites, including external environments. During some segments, activities may include climbing, standing, and possible extreme heat/cold conditions. This position will also operate in a professional office environment which may require sitting for extended periods.

• Meet with customers, clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and homeowners to design and bring jobs to order completion.

Compensation Range: $100000 to $175000 annually
