Technical RecruiterThis is an ONSITE position. This NOT a remote position. In-office 5-days/week is required!Pay Rate: $28 - $30 an hour.Work Schedule: 7:30am - 4:30pm (1-hr lunch) -or- 7:30am - 4:00pm (30-min lunch).Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement recruitment strategies and interview plans for different Technical and Professional positionsLeverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidatesAssess resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirementsProvide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company, client and positionManage and coordinate all communication with candidatesManage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managersDocument all communications, throughout the recruiting lifecycleManage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruitingParticipate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing/recruiting strategiesDevelop an effective pipeline of Technical, Engineering, Programming, IT and Professional talent for potential upcoming opportunitiesRequired SkillsEffective written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated success in VMS environmentsAbility to work with diverse people, and technologiesGood organizational, time management and multitasking skillsAbility to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, identify and resolve problemsEffective negotiating skillsMaintain a laser focus, high energy, and an exceptional work ethicAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyKnowledge and past use of applicant tracking &VMS systemsAbility to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions on a national, multi-location levelInternet and Social Media savvy and experience in mining online databasesQuick learner of systems, processes, and procedures
