Health Care Customer Service Representative

Virtual Vocations Inc

Seeking fully remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives, the position involves managing inbound and outbound calls to resolve insurance inquiries, financial assistance questions, and payment processing in a fast-paced team environment. Key responsibilities Handle calls to resolve billing and payment issues while adhering to client-specific protocols Provide thorough responses to patient inquiries regarding their accounts and payment arrangements Investigate client inquiries and ensure compliance with applicable laws such as FDCPA and HIPAA Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role with public interaction Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare insurance preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evening and Saturday shifts as needed
