Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials suitable for school-based practice
• Comprehensive pediatric experience
• Preferred background in school-based occupational therapy
• Comfortable providing services to students across K-12
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Organized, communicative, and proactive in supporting student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess K-12 students to identify occupational therapy needs related to educational performance
• Develop individualized and group intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student access and participation
• Document progress and adapt strategies based on ongoing evaluations
• Work onsite to deliver direct and consultative therapy
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
• Provide educational resources and strategies for classroom integration
