THE OPPORTUNITY

The eCommerce Manager will lead and accelerate profitable growth across Amazon, Amazon Fresh, GoPuff, and other eCommerce Pureplay channels while supporting Shopify and DTC growth initiatives. At the same time, relentlessly look for eCommerce Pureplay channel opportunities to onboard the Suja Life business. This role is responsible for marketplace strategy, operations, media performance, retailer relationships, agency management, forecasting, and business expansion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Sales Role:

\n
• Own revenue, profitability, and accelerate growth targets across Amazon, Amazon Fresh, GoPuff, and find and onboard new opportunities within eCommerce Pureplay channels
\n
• Serve as the lead and build best in class eCommerce Pureplay customer relationships with regular connectivity and follow through.
\n
• Manage all related activity – assortment planning, pricing, promotions, media, digital shelf strategy, and new item launches, etc.
\n
• Develop and execute annual growth strategies using customer insights, category trends, and performance analytics through the annual planning process.
\n
• Lead forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment management, and KPI scorecards with cross functional teams.
\n
• Analyze product performance and drive traffic, conversion, market share, ROAS, and profitability improvements through organic and paid growth initiatives.
\n
• Own Amazon Seller Central operations, Brand Store optimization, and Pureplay channel reporting.
\n
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new ecommerce, quick-commerce, and retail media opportunities.
\n
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and launch execution for new marketplace accounts and partnerships.
\n
• Support P&L ownership, budgeting, business planning, and revenue forecasting.
\n

Agency Management:

\n
• Develop and manage eCommerce related agency partnerships ranging from Amazon agency partners, advertising agency partners, SEO, and web development agency relationships.
\n
• Establish agency KPIs, monthly and quarterly reporting cadences, performance reviews, and accountability measures.
\n

DTC (Secondary Job Responsibilities):

\n
• Own the Shopify and DTC structure, content, and ongoing growth initiatives across all Suja Life brand sites.
\n
• Partner with 3PL and cross functional teams to manage inventory and order fulfillment from Shopify and 3PL.
\n
• Work closely with Digital Shelf Manager on any site upkeep with creative support.
\n

WHAT YOU BRING

Education and Experience:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
\n
• 3 to 5+ years of progressive ecommerce experience with significant Amazon and Amazon Fresh, and other eCommerce Pureplay channel ownership
\n
• Growing and accelerating ecommerce revenue through expansion strategies
\n
• Launching new products, scaling digital distribution and setting strategy across multiple channels at once.
\n
• Identifying and onboarding new marketplaces that drive incremental growth.
\n
• Creating scalable processes, forecasting models, and reporting frameworks that support long-term business growth.
\n
• Experience with Shopify Plus, subscription programs, and DTC growth strategies.
\n
• Experience within CPG, food & beverage, health & wellness, or omnichannel consumer brands preferred.
\n

Technology - Proficient in:

\n
• Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and PowerPoint required.
\n
• Project Management software; Asana preferred.
\n
• Amazon Analytics, Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics
\n
• Experience leveraging forecasting tools for planning
