What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations of a busy dental practice
- Coach, mentor, and develop front office and clinical team members
- Drive schedule optimization, production, and collections performance
- Oversee insurance processing, treatment coordination, and accounts receivable
- Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and operational compliance standards
- Foster a positive, accountable, patient-centered culture
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Dental Office Manager experience
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, scheduling, and treatment presentation
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Stable employment history with demonstrated career growth
- Denticon experience preferred but not required
