Litigation SecretaryResponsibilities and DutiesDocument Preparation and ManagementDraft, revise, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and related correspondence.File documents with courts and ensure compliance with filing requirements and deadlines.Maintain organized electronic and physical case files.Case ManagementAssist in managing case calendars and attorney schedules.Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal documents.Coordinate exhibits, evidence, and materials for trials, hearings, and depositions.Client and Witness CoordinationCommunicate with clients regarding case updates, meetings, and document requests.Schedule witness interviews, depositions, and related proceedings.Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Qualifications and SkillsAssociate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary, preferably supporting litigation practices.Familiarity with legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation documents.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.Pay Details: $25.00 to $85.00 per hourEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
