Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health concerns, crafting personalized treatment plans based on those evaluations.

• Maintain high standards of documentation to comply with ethical practices and regulatory guidelines, ensuring accurate client records and progress notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your ability to establish a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship is critical for effective therapy, and you will be expected to demonstrate empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental attitude throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Psychoanalyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
