Job Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings to develop tailored treatment strategies
• Deliver physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Work collaboratively with a team of nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation experts to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and at-home exercises

• Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to promote coordinated patient care

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent credential from an accredited institution

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Specialty certifications (neurological, geriatric, etc.) are advantageous but not mandatory

Skills Required

• Previous clinical experience is highly preferred
