Technical Sales Manager – Pyro & Grinding

Location: Allentown, PA

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base + 15% uncapped sales incentive

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Fuller Technologies is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth for our Pyro & Grinding product portfolio. This is a customer-facing role for someone who combines technical knowledge with strong commercial instincts and enjoys building long-term relationships within the cement and heavy industrial markets.

You'll work directly with customers to understand their operations, identify opportunities, and develop technical solutions that improve plant performance, efficiency, and reliability.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and grow customer relationships across the assigned market.

• Identify new sales opportunities within cement and heavy industrial plants.

• Sell technical solutions, equipment upgrades, and capital equipment for Pyro & Grinding applications.

• Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Develop and present competitive technical and commercial proposals.

• Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations through award.

• Collaborate with engineering, proposal, product, and project management teams.

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts within CRM.

• Visit customer sites and travel as needed to support opportunities and relationships.

You Bring

• Experience in technical sales, capital equipment sales, applications engineering, or business development within an industrial environment.

• Strong understanding of engineered equipment and the ability to translate technical concepts into customer solutions.

• Experience selling to cement, mining, minerals, aggregates, bulk material handling, or other heavy/process industries strongly preferred.

• Pyro, kiln, cooler, grinding, mill, or related cement equipment experience is highly desirable.

• Experience managing customer relationships and developing new business.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites.
