We’re seeking a positive, personable customer service representative for a rewarding career opportunity! $28,000 - $31,200

Responsibilities:

• Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
• Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries

• Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information
• Explain rental responsibilities, if necessary
• Ensure the newest service and product knowledge

Qualifications:

• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
