Senior BI Developer
Virtual Vocations Inc
To design, build, and own BI and reporting solutions for a fast-paced multi-tenant Life Science Data Management Platform, the full-time Senior BI Developer will leverage deep expertise in TIBCO Spotfire and Power BI while managing end-to-end delivery of BI solutions and mentoring team members, all in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions in TIBCO Spotfire Own end-to-end delivery of BI solutions, including requirements gathering, data modeling, and report/dashboard development Shape design approach and architecture for data models and calculations, establishing patterns for other developers Required qualifications 5+ years of BI development experience with significant expertise in TIBCO Spotfire Experience with Power BI and adaptability to work across multiple BI platforms Strong data modeling skills, including star schema and performance tuning Familiarity with multi-tenant data architecture and Row-Level Security (RLS) Practical experience with GitHub in a team deployment workflow
