Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental and emotional health challenges, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized evaluation tools to devise effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Family Systems Therapy, tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear, therapeutic goals while regularly monitoring progress to ensure treatment is effective and aligns with the client's evolving needs.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to make mental health services more accessible, especially for clients who face mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations, documenting sessions, progress notes, and adjustments in treatment approaches.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills, participate in training programs, and stay updated on the latest developments in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
