Financial Analyst

Location FMC Headquarters, Washington, DC (Onsite with limited offsite support as coordinated) Qualifications and Experience/Education Financial Analysis Expertise: Evaluates IT budgets, spending patterns, contract utilization, and licensing costs. Cost Modeling & Optimization: Performs cost analysis, variance analysis, and identifies opportunities for cost savings and efficiency. Contract & Licensing Review: Assesses vendor agreements, pricing models, and license utilization to identify redundancies. Data Analysis Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and reporting. Benchmarking & Comparative Analysis: Compares financial performance against similarly sized federal agencies to identify inefficiencies. Reporting & Compliance: Develops monthly financial reports, including expenditures to date and balance remaining. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience: 5–7 years; BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
