Radiologic Technologist

Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist performs a variety of medical imaging exams for patients of all ages. This role applies the principles, theories, and techniques of radiology to deliver reliable test results while providing daily leadership of patient and department workflow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of imaging examinations using X-ray and CT modalities.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
• Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff when necessary.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in X-ray imaging.
• Must be willing to float between CT and X-ray modalities.
• Active ARRT certification and BLS (AHA) certification preferred.
• Oregon state license required; active license not necessary at the time of submission, but must apply upon offer.

Schedule

This position involves working night shifts with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts from Friday to Sunday.
