Student Housing Community Manager
Greystar
Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for The Ridge at Clear Creek in Flagstaff, AZ. You will oversee day-to-day property operations, lead a team, manage budgets, leasing, and vendor relations to achieve financial and occupancy goals.
You will coordinate with university partners and ensure compliance with housing regulations, Fair Housing, and ADA requirements, while promoting resident satisfaction and building community partnerships.
