Housing Works
Housing Works, Inc. seeks a Housing Case Manager to deliver comprehensive case management and housing-focused services to single adults in DHS shelters. You will assess, plan, assist with benefits, and provide housing placement support for a caseload of up to thirty clients. You will collaborate with internal programs, maintain records, and support clients toward stability and permanent housing while upholding confidentiality and harm-reduction principles. #J-18808-Ljbffr Housing Works
