Part Time Receptionist

At the Wealshire, LLC we bring pride and dignity to those living with Dementia and Alzheimer's. We strive to provide the best care possible and our employees play a crucial role in executing the company's philosophy of care. We are currently looking for a Part Time Receptionist at our Medina Community.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing a positive, welcoming environment to visitors, families, professionals and potential residents. The responsibilities include general office administration, receptionist duties and customer service performed in a professional, efficient manner.

Hours: 30 hours per pay period (bi-weekly). Hours are between: 8:00am - 4:00pm weekdays and 9:00am - 6:00pm every other weekend. Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Pay: $20-$25 per hour predicated on experience

Essential Duties:

• Answer and forward incoming calls to appropriate personnel in a polite manner.
• Receive guests and others in a courteous, polite and warm manner.
• Monitor all incoming public traffic

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
