Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We are seeking an outgoing, professional, and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pixley!

What You’ll Do:

Provide excellent customer service to customers over the phone and in person

Answer questions, provide information, and assist customers with their needs

Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently

Perform data entry and other computer-based administrative tasks

Support day-to-day office operations as needed
Train and work primarily out of Pixley and provide backup coverage at the Wasco office when needed; mileage will be reimbursed

Requirements:
MUST BE Bilingual English/Spanish
MUST HAVE 3+ years of recent Customer Service or Receptionist experience
Comfortable assisting customers in person and over the phone

Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems

Friendly, outgoing personality with a professional demeanor
