What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality nursing care that honors resident rights, dignity, and individuality. Complete daily resident assessments and document physical and emotional well-being. Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members. Keep nursing leadership informed of resident status and clinical changes. Provide supervision and support to unit staff in alignment with policies and procedures. Uphold organizational standards, safety protocols, and infection control practices. Respond promptly and professionally to resident and family needs. What You Bring Current Michigan RN license (required). Graduation from an accredited RN program. Two years of nursing experience preferred (home health, med-surg, critical care, or similar). A heart for seniors and a commitment to showing up—for them, for your team, and for the mission. Schedule & Compensation Full-Time (Night Shift) or Part-Time (Day Shift) or Per Diem (Day or Night) Shifts: Days: 6:30 am – 7:00 pm Nights: 6:30 pm – 7:00 am Weekends: Every other weekend for full-time roles Pay: $37.40 - 40.65/hour (based on licensure) Differentials

• $5.00/hour for Night Shift
• $1.00/hour for Per Diem
