Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and address resident needs Monitor and manage patient conditions, reporting changes and concerns to the healthcare team Implement and maintain infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and care Requirements Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan Valid CPR certification Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development #J-18808-Ljbffr
