Responsibilities Support the sales team by managing leads, tracking opportunities, and helping maintain CRM data accuracy Communicate between sales, operations, and customers to ensure seamless project handoffs Monitor and report on sales pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics Schedule and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and follow-up communications Assist with order processing and ensure accurate documentation throughout the sales cycle Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide product and pricing information Meet with customers and give tours of our facility Requirements 2+ years of experience in a sales support, sales coordinator, or administrative role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency in CRM software and Google suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong data entry and documentation accuracy Experience in construction, modular buildings, or related industry is a plus Self-motivated team player with a customer-first attitude About Us Cutting Edge Modular Inc is a leading provider of prefab building solutions based in Woodland, CA, committed to delivering high-quality, innovative structures that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
