What You'll Do:

• Evaluate patients' occupational therapy needs and develop treatment plans
• Administer therapy treatments to restore, maintain, and improve patient functional abilities
• Assist patients across various age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home programs
• Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and healthcare team
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment safely and effectively
• Collaborate with other department staff to optimize patient care
• Supervise and potentially mentor therapy assistants, interns, or students

What You Need:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
• BLS certification required
• 1+ years of outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice regarding upper quadrant pathologies, neuro-rehab, orthopedics, and post-op care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment
