Here's our revenue growth and head count growth.You're looking for teammates, not coworkers — folks you'll be able to count on to in a pinch and make your team's goals possible.ResponsibilitiesFirst week:Ramp up on the industry1:1s with engineers, designers, and cross-functional partnersJoin calls with our AEs and AMs to quickly get up to speed with our usersLearn about our product development processFirst month:Own your team's backlog and triage customer and prospect requestsRun discovery calls with customers to understand their problemsWrite PRDs that synthesize problems and solutions for others to collaborate onWork closely with our engineers and designers to ship fastFirst 3 months & beyond:Own a product line end-to-endTranslate complex regulatory and operational problems into engineering and design requirements, and ultimately a product that solves real user pain pointsWork cross-functionally to make sure what we build drives adoption and new revenueInfluence the product roadmapAbout You4+ years of experience in product management, former founder, or other high-impact role with a track record of shipping impactful productsYou've worked with engineering teams that move fastYou have experience with B2B SaaS startups and are comfortable with ambiguity and speedYou're an ultra-clear communicator and a team playerYou have a growth mindset: you're consistently the hardest-working person on your team because you're driven to improve yourself and your work every dayWilling to relocate to NYC and be in-office 5 days/weekBonus:Exposure to highly regulated environmentsExperience in fintech, regtech, or tradingBenefits401k (100% match up to 6%)Healthcare, dental, vision, etc.Housing stipend for team members living in FiDi
