As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome tenants and visitors, manage access control and badge procedures, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.26 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Greet and screen visitors, verify credentials, issue visitor access credentials, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records. Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk; report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders when needed. Support a professional lobby environment by answering phones, directing guests, coordinating deliveries, and communicating relevant information to building management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Possession of a guard card or license is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
