Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As a Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the creation of high-quality electro-mechanical products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 4 days, 6 am start, flexible schedule, 10 hours per day

What's the Job?

• Manufacture electro-mechanical assemblies following detailed assembly drawings and procedures
• Operate complex test equipment and perform part counts to ensure quality standards
• Inspect in-process products for quality assurance and document non-conformances
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to 5S standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes

What's Needed?

• Ability to safely use common hand and electronic assembly tools
• Experience with cycle count programs and inventory management
• Capability to work in a clean room environment and handle detailed assembly work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and contribute to a team-oriented environment
