Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Technician

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 4 days, 6am start, flexible schedule, 10 hours per day

What's the Job?

• Maintain manufacturing processes to support safety, delivery, cost, and quality goals
• Assemble electro-mechanical components and complex assemblies using assembly drawings and documentation
• Inspect in-process products to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
• Operate complex test equipment and perform part counts
• Maintain 5S standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

What's Needed?

• Ability to safely use common hand and electronic assembly tools
• Experience with cycle count programs and problem resolution
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
• Experience working in clean room environments is a plus
• Willingness to write engineering change requests to address production or documentation issues
