Job Brief

The Director of Marketing will help to continue to raise the visual and social profile of LLN through the creation of communication print materials, newsletters branding, etc. You will work directly with LLN leadership to understand and align with the organization’s initiatives and vision.

Responsibilities

• • Work alongside President and social media team members to create monthly social media planning via shared Google Doc.
• Oversee content production to ensure messaging consistency.
  • Oversee and direct WIX website management and Bloomerang CRM team members.
  • Create newsletters, impact reports and other marketing collateral needed.
• Manage marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency.

Requirements and Skills

• • Experience working with a nonprofit organization (plus but not required).
  • Graphic design skills (familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign).
  • Experience with WIX and Canva.
  • Organized and proficient at multi-tasking.
• Experience with social media platforms.

Quality verbal communication as well as written communication for websites, newsletters, etc..

Time Commitment

This will be a 2-year board seat term that can be rolled over to another 2-year term, if Board service is in good standing. Meetings with LLN leadership will happen via zoom for 1 hour as needed.
