Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of company events, tradeshows, branch merchandising initiatives, and day‑to‑day marketing activities. This entry‑level role collaborates with marketing, sales, purchasing, branch teams, and vendor partners to coordinate projects, maintain marketing materials, and support engaging customer experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, creative, and eager to learn. This position provides hands‑on experience in event coordination, merchandising, vendor relations, and marketing operations. What a Day In This Role Looks Like Assist with planning and executing regional tradeshows, customer events, vendor showcases, training seminars, and company-sponsored events. Coordinate event logistics, including registrations, attendee communications, promotional materials, signage, giveaways, shipping, and setup. Support onsite event execution and post‑event follow‑up activities. Maintain event calendars, project timelines, checklists, and schedules.
