Facilities Maintenance Technician - Multi-Skill Building Care

Orlando Utilities Commission

OUC - The Reliable One seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair facilities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, and landscaping. You will oversee on-site contractors and ensure high standards of safety and service. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a Florida CDL within six months if not already held, and at least three years of facilities maintenance experience.
