Senior Workday Integrations & Reporting Developer Position Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work across the Workday HCM ecosystem, combining Workday integrations and advanced reporting . The position focuses on developing and maintaining integrations, building sophisticated reports and dashboards, configuring worklets, and working with complex Workday data relationships and transformations.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain Workday integrations, including:

  • Core Connectors

  • Core Connectors using Document Transformation (DT)

  • EIBs using Custom Report Transformation

  • EIBs using XSLT Transformation

• Develop and maintain Workday inbound and outbound integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Packaged Integrations, and Workday Studio.

• Develop advanced Workday HCM reports, dashboards, and worklets.

• Create standard, advanced, matrix, and composite reports.

• Create and maintain complex calculated fields and custom objects.

• Create custom reports as worklets for use on dashboards and scorecards.

• Apply knowledge of Workday object relationships, including Report Data Sources, Primary Business Objects, and Related Business Objects.

• Transform XML using XSLT to present data for different web services.

• Work with Document Transformation (DT), including Simple Reports and Advanced Reports.

• Work with Core Connectors, including CCB, CCHCM, and CCP.

• Create and view analytic indicators and format reports and report properties.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working as a Workday Integrations and Report Developer in Workday HCM.

• Experience with Workday inbound/outbound integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Packaged Integrations, and Workday Studio.

• Experience creating, updating, and maintaining Workday integrations.

• Advanced experience with Workday HCM report writing, dashboard development, and worklet configuration.

• Advanced knowledge of standard, advanced, matrix, and composite reports.

• Experience creating and maintaining complex calculated fields and custom objects.

• Experience creating custom reports as worklets for dashboards and scorecards.

• Advanced knowledge of Workday object relationships, including Report Data Sources, Primary Business Objects, and Related Business Objects.

• Proficiency in transforming XML using XSLT for presenting data for different web services.

• Experience with Document Transformation (DT) Simple Reports and Advanced Reports.

• Experience with Core Connectors, including CCB, CCHCM, and CCP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Certified in Integration and Advanced Reporting.

• Workday Certified in Prism Analytics.

• Skilled in Agile and familiar with SAFe.
