Impactful Land Development Lead: Build Communities

Lennar at Summerlake

Lennar in Maryland is seeking a Land Development Manager to oversee the division's land development program, coordinating roadway, water/sewer, earthwork, and utility activities to deliver ready-to-build home sites. You will work with Area Construction Managers and the Director of Construction, help develop development budgets, and ensure permit compliance, erosion control, and community turnover while maintaining schedules and budgets. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lennar
