Location: Grosse Pointe Farms, MI (Henry Ford Cottage Surgery Center)

Start Date: Immediate/As soon as possible

End Date/Duration: Full-Time, ongoing

Shift: Day shifts, no call, no weekends

Hours/Week: 40+ hours

Licenses/Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA

Experience: No new graduates or lapsed certifications; candidates must have current certification and full practice scope

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments for patients across diverse surgical specialties
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care using intravenous, inhalation, and regional techniques
• Monitor intraoperative patient status and manage anesthesia-related complications
• Provide post-operative anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC EMR
• Travel to additional ambulatory sites as needed
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Engage with a team of over 40 CRNAs and 10 senior physicians

What You Need

• Valid ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certifications
• Active, unrestricted CRNA license
• Full current certification (no lapses) and practice scope
• Ability to work independently within a team
• No extensive commute (less than 1 hour preferred)

• Experience in outpatient anesthesia, especially in a variety of specialties
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
