What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care to a diverse patient population across a wide range of surgical and procedural cases in a Level I Trauma Center
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, perioperative staff, and nurses to ensure safe, effective patient care
• Manage pre-op assessments, intraoperative anesthesia, and post-anesthesia recovery
• Respond promptly to on-call emergencies within 1 hour, supporting staffing needs in a busy hospital environment
• Document all clinical encounters accurately in EPIC EMR
• Support hospital credentialing and compliance standards

What You Need

• Valid Michigan RN license with ACLS, BLS, and NBCRNA certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience in an inpatient setting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Commitment to excellent patient care and adherence to clinical standards
