The candidate should possess the capabilities to independently process customer designs and to represent LEONI in front of our customers. This position reports directly to our Head of Harness Design in Troy, Michigan.Job Profile DescriptionCreate 3D routing for wiring harnesses using 3D NX and Teamcenter software toolsMake design/routing proposals to the responsible engineerCommunicate with customer engineering departments on sheet metal requirements and interferencesAnalyze and meet all customer designs/requirementsEnsure that all design data is robust and sufficient for processing, and raise relevant technical queriesCommunicate directly with the customer’s technical department to clarify designs are resolve issuesAssist in the performance of design tools eg.
