You will play a crucial role in designing and developing engaging learning experiences for the implementation of software.
Lead/Manage/Support development of instructor led and virtual learning content.
Collaborate with government agencies, subject matter experts and instructional designers to learn requirements and build innovative training programs and content.
Drive performance by planning, developing, managing and evaluating in-person, online and hybrid software training programs.
Utilize delivery modalities such as webinars, web-based training, in-person instructor-led training, user guides, and online help systems. Excellent understanding and application of all phases of the ADDIE process.
- Knowledge and application of adult learning theory.
- Working knowledge of Section 508 compliance, and conversion of training and supporting documentation into 508 compliant products.

The likely salary range for this position is $81,349 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. This position will support multiple contracts within GDIT. As such, candidates must meet the following citizenship and clearance requirements prior to employment start date:
