What You'll Do You're not just selling HVAC systems - you're creating comfort solutions. You'll: Connect with homeowners in their space and help them find the perfect heating and cooling solution. Turn warm leads and service calls into loyal, lifelong customers. Deliver engaging, professional in-home presentations (no cold calling marathons here!). Offer financing, explain promotions, and make sure every homeowner feels informed and confident. Follow up after installations to ensure a five-star experience - and earn those referral bonuses! Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and marketing teams to make every install seamless. What Makes You a Great Fit 2+ years of sales experience (B2C, in-home, or commission-based preferred). You're driven, self-motivated, and love setting (and smashing) goals. Excellent communication and follow-through - you build trust fast. Professional appearance and a people-first attitude.
