Our culture is unique in that we offer the growth opportunities of a large company, but we still maintain that “small town feel” and strong community here at PAM.**About this Opportunity**The Network Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of enterprise network infrastructure across corporate offices, terminals, and data center environments. This role ensures reliable, secure, and efficient network operations and works closely with Systems Administration, Cybersecurity, and Support teams. The position requires hands-on experience supporting enterprise networks, with Cisco experience strongly preferred.**Pay and Schedule**This position is on site Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. The pay range is $70,000 to $90,000 dependent on experience.**Benefits Offered*** Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance* 401K* PTO* Other Voluntary Benefits**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Administer, manage, and support enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks across corporate, terminal, and data center environments* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and access points* Support and maintain Cisco-based network environments* Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity; proactively identify and resolve issues* Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance problems across multiple locations* Assist with network upgrades, infrastructure refresh initiatives, and new site deployments* Implement and support network security best practices in coordination with cybersecurity teams* Participate in incident response related to network outages and security events* Travel to company locations as needed to support network operations, deployments, or project work* Provide after-hours, weekend, and on-call support as required for maintenance or incident response* Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and configuration standards* Work with vendors, carriers, and service providers to support circuits and network services* Perform other duties as assigned**Required Skills and Experience*** 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure* Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies* Experience troubleshooting complex network issues in a production environment* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an IT team* Strong documentation and communication skills**Preferred Skills and Experience*** Experience with Cisco networking equipment and technologies* Familiarity with firewall platforms and network security concepts* Experience supporting multi-site or geographically distributed networks* Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) preferred but not required**Education*** Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred* Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of formal education*The company will provide reasonable accommodations to employees who require them to perform the essential functions of their job to the extent it does not impose an undue hardship or create a risk of harm to the employee or others.**PAM Transport is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
