Procurement Specialist
Location: Reading, PA (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $23-$35/hour (Based on Experience)
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm M-F
Contract-to-Potential-Perm

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support procurement and supply chain operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for managing purchase orders, supplier communications, procurement data, and ensuring the timely flow of materials to support production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage requisitions and convert approved requests into purchase orders
• Expedite orders and coordinate deliveries to support manufacturing operations
• Resolve invoice, pricing, and receipt discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate supplier, material, and purchasing data within SAP and other systems
• Support procurement reporting, cost savings initiatives, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or related experience
• Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred
• SAP or ERP system experience preferred
• Understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, logistics, and inventory management
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
